1/4 pound of pork
1 1/4 pound of beef
7 cups water
1 tablespoon of finely chopped celery/celery salt
1 teaspoon chilipowder
1 teaspoon parsley
1/4 cup onion
1/8 pepper
1/4 teaspoon paprika
6 tablespoons flour
1 1/2 cups water
8 gingersnaps
1/2 cup water
2 cup ketchup
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1/2 cup water/n2 tablespoon vinegar
1/2 can kidney beans
Cut meat into bite-sized pieces
Place meat in pressure cooker with water or boil in pot
Add: celery salt, chili powder, parsley onion, pepper, paprika
Boil 50 minutes under 10 pounds pressure or until tender
While cooking place 2 tbsp grease in medium-sized skillet on medium heat
Blend in flour
Brown stirring frequently and let cood
Add 1 1/2 cups water gradually
Stir until smooth then set aside
Place gingersnaps in a bowl
Pour 1/2 cup water over the gingersnaps
Set aside until meat is done
Then add gingersnaps and browned flour mix
Add: ketchup, brown sugar, vinegar, 1/2 cup water, kidney beans
Best when let it set for 3 to 4 hours
Add 1/2 if it is too thick
