Dutch country Meat Loaf

2 pound ground beef
3 eggs
1/2 pounds of ground pork
2 cup bread crumbs
1/2 pound ground veal
1 medium onion
2 cups of milk
salt
pepper


Soak breadcrumbs in milk for a few minutes
Combine the meat, bread crumbs, eggs, onions and seasoning
Mix thoroughly and shape into a loaf
Place in a roasting pan, add 1/2 inch of water and bake in a medium oven(375f/190c) for 1 and a half to 2 hours
