1 1/2 cups of berries (black or blue)
2 tablespoons flour
1/8 teaspoons salt
1/2 cups sugar
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
Wash the fruit, mix with the sugar, flour, salt and lemon juice.
Line a deep pie tin with a plain pie paste and sprinkle one tablespoon of sugar over the bottom crust
Add the berry mixture
Wet the lower crust slightly
Roll out the upper crust and make slits in the middle to allow the steam to escape
Place on the lower crust pinching the edges together
Bake in a moderately hot oven 40 min
